1. Environmental Stress Testing
Test Condition: Constant Temperature & Humidity Chamber.
- High-Temperature Test: Continuous operation at 70°C (rising to 80°C) for 10 hours.
- Result: No structural deformation, no paint peeling, and zero system crashes (Watchdog active).
- Operating Range: Verified for -20°C to +75°C operational environments.
2. Throughput Performance (SmartFlow)
Tested on ZX5478 (Gigabit 5G Model) in Static/DHCP modes via LAN-to-WAN forwarding.
