JinCan Network transitions client requirements into field-ready hardware. We support modification levels from cosmetic branding to deep hardware restructuring.

1. Hardware ODM (Design & Manufacturing)

• Module Integration: We adapt the mainboard to support specific 5G/4G modules based on region/cost, including Qualcomm (RM500Q), Unisoc (V510/FM650), and Huawei HiSilicon.
• Interface Tailoring: Modification of physical ports (e.g., swapping LAN for additional RS485, adding GPS modules, or removing Wi-Fi for security-sensitive sites).
• Ruggedization: Implementation of Soldered eSIM (SMD) for high-vibration environments (vehicles, heavy machinery) to replace standard SIM slots.

2. Software & Firmware OEM

• Brand Identity: Custom Web UI (Dashboard) with your logo, color scheme, and company profile.
• Default Configuration: Pre-flashing specific APN settings, VPN profiles, or Python scripts before shipment to reduce on-site deployment time.
• Protocol Stack: Integration of custom industrial protocols (Modbus TCP mapping, MQTT JSON formats) directly into the firmware.
