1. Hardware Watchdog & Electrical Protection

Our hardware is engineered for environments where manual maintenance is impossible. We focus on three layers of stability:

  • Surge Protection: Ports are isolated up to 6000V (Lightning/ESD protection).
  • Wide Voltage Input: Supports DC 5V-40V input with reverse polarity protection, adaptable to industrial power grids (12V/24V) without external converters.
  • Watchdog: Dedicated hardware circuit forces physical power cycle within milliseconds if firmware hangs.

2. Smart Link Detection (Anti-Fake Online)

We solve the “False Online” issue common in cellular networks. The router performs active ICMP detection:

  • Mechanism: Continuously pings external targets (e.g., 8.8.8.8 or private VPDN servers like 172.16.x.x).
  • Action: If Pings fail consecutively, the device automatically resets the 4G/5G modem or the WAN interface.

3. Edge Programmability

For system integrators, we open the Linux capability of the device. The ZX4224/ZX5478 series supports Python そして Shell scripting, allowing local data processing (MQTT/Modbus) before transmission.

Connectivity & Hardware

Q: What does the “NET” LED status indicate?
A: The LED behavior provides immediate diagnostic info:
Fast Flash: The modem is dialing (negotiating with the tower).
Solid On: Connection successful.
Off: WAN connection failed. Check SIM balance or Antenna connection.

Q: How do I configure a Private Network (VPDN) SIM?
A: Auto-match must be disabled for private APNs.
1. Navigate to 5G/4G Settings.
2. Uncheck “Auto Match Service Provider”.
3. Manually enter the APN, Username, and Password.
4. Select the Authentication Method (CHAP or PAP).

System Management

Q: I cannot access the router at 192.168.1.1.
A: Ensure your PC is in the same subnet (e.g., 192.168.1.100). Try accessing via http://192.168.1.1/index.asp explicitly. Default login: admin / admin.

Q: How to prevent rebooting on a closed network?
A: If your network has no internet (Intranet only), the “Disconnect Detection” may trigger false reboots. Change target IP from public DNS to your internal server IP, or disable detection.
